Rooms were Ross sheriff ws in parking lot all night waiting for fugitive all night never left just sat there how safe is that the rooms barley HD nothing ns cost alot for nothing no wifi rude desk I won't stay again

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!!!!! Lady at counter was VERY pushy. I told her we have a reservation and I think I had already paid on booking and she kept saying NO I DIDN'T AND TO PAY NOW OR LEAVE so of course I paid because we were very tired. HOPEFULLY NOT AGAIN. Upon opening the 1ST room door ROACHES SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. I SAID NO WAY AM I STAYING . GENTLEMAN (VERY NICE MAN) that takes care of place STOPPED and asked how we like our room ?, I said it's full of roaches I'm NOT staying in it. Showed us ANOTHER room lady at front desk told him to give us. HE SAID HE HAD JUST SPRAYED ROOM THAT MORNING BUT ROACHES WERE STILL RUNNING EVERYWHERE . TOLD US IF WE GO EAT OR SOMETHING HE WOULD SPRAY IT AGAIN. I SAID NO I'M NOT STAYING WITH ALL THE ROACHES RUNNING AROUND. LADY AT FRONT DESK CALLED THAT ROOM I ANSERED PHONE SHE ASKED IF ROOM WAS GOOD I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT IT SMELLS LIKE BUG SPRAY AND ROACHES ARE STILL RUNNING EVERYWHERE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE SWORE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. SO WE WALKED TO OFFICE TO ASK FOR REFUND. GENTLEMAN WAS ALREADY IN THERE SPEAKING WITH HER. SHE WAS NOT HAPPY., BUT ENDED UP PUTTING US IN A OKROOM WITH NOT BUG SPRAY SMELL ROOM WASN'T INFESTED WITH ROACHES BUT WAS OKAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE REALLY DIDN'T SLEEP GREAT BECAUSE WITH ALL THE ROACHES ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT WAS BEDBUGS AND FELT LIKE WE WERE GETTING BIT ALL NIGHT.
